News: DLF targets Rs 2,000 crore from senior living project in Gurgaon -Jan 24, 2026
New Delhi: DLF Ltd entered the growing market of senior living homes, setting a target of developing 500,000 sq ft in Gurugram with a revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore.
DLF’s project is currently in the advanced stages of planning and approvals, with the company working towards a launch this quarter, said Aakash Ohri, managing director and chief business officer – DLF Homes.
